Marlin 2.0 Cura Calibration Set

This started as a remix of the Junction Deviation Thing @ https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3463159/files and blew out from there. Cura has very little in the way of testing scripts so I made as many as I could that I use. This is tested in Cura 4.13. If anyone uses it in any other version I would appreciate feed back on if it works. Also if it works on the new W10+ version 5 of Cura then let me know on that as well please. You will find if you test and get a good setup, try increasing your Temps and speeds to see how far you can go. Some will only work on Marlin 2.0, however most of the generic ones should work on earlier versions. Once again let me sugest you put combing on "infill only" or "off" while you do the testing
