Marlin (NAME REMOVED BY REQUEST) firmware v1.1.9 to work with Creality's OEM ABL Probe

This is a version of (NAME REMOVED BY REQUEST)'S Unified firmware v1.1.9 that I modified to work correctly with Creality's OEM ABL probe. To use this firmware just uncomment the line that says "//#define CRABL" in the module "Configuration.h". Logic I added in another module will set up the firmware correctly for Creality's probe. Basically, (NAME REMOVED BY REQUEST)'s probe uses inverted logic. Creality's uses regular logic and operates exactly like a Z stop switch. Code I added undoes the inversion of the logic so Creality's probe will operate properly. Of course, also uncomment the lines for your printer, type of mount and any other options you want such as splash screen, printer name, power resume, etc. To use the firmware download version 1.1.9 of (NAME REMOVED BY REQUEST)'S Unified firmware and replace the contents of the folder called firmware with the one in this zip file. Uncomment the line that says "//#define CRABL" in the module "Configuration.h" and uncomment your printer, mount and other desired options. To use Creality's probe just remove the plug from the Z stop switch and plug it into Creality's box connected to the probe. Power the probe with the supplied 12 volt A/C adapter. Burn a bootloader to the printer, if necessary (this only needs to be done once if not done by the manufacturer, such as Ender-3, CR-10, etc.), compile and upload the firmware to your printer. This will work with any printer that the unified firmware supports. Using this version of the firmware will remove any frustration in getting the firmware to work and you can enjoy auto-leveling using Creality's OEM probe.
