Marshmello Helmet (for smaller printers)

Our first upload! My son wanted to be Marshmello for Halloween, but my Ender3 print area was too small to print it as one piece (which is all I could find on Thingiverse). So I started from scratch and sized it to my son's head. Then I split it as 3 separate main pieces that can be printed and assembled. When you print the main 3 pieces, I obviously print them upside down. You'll need supports for the eye & mouth openings. I printed some pins that help align it. For the last joint, you can only put one bottom pin in; didn't realize this until assembly. Next I made eyes & mouth just slightly smaller than the opening so they easily slide in and get glued in place. For print settings on the eyes, I used 25% infill with 1 layer walls and zero floor & ceiling. This way you can see through the eyes. 20% infill might have been better, but you can still see through them. I had to print them as "flat" as possible on supports. Just think about line of sight when you orient it in your slicer. Inner diameter is 235mm and inner height is 212.5mm. It's a little too short for my head, but fit my 14-year old fine. Outder dimensions are 250mm diameter x 220mm tall. But since i cut into thirds it fits into 160mm x 160mm print area. Each third took about a day to print.
