Recently I have been building a quadcopter for my brother. This will be his first Kwad so I decided to build it on a budget... The frame I chose to use was the Martian-255, the Martian is a Chinese clone of an impulseRC Alien 5" Kwad - https://impulserc.com/collections/alien. However, the Martian at £26 is a good budget frame being; light, compatible with all common parts, and it flies well too. When mounting the HS1177 to camera mount there is a 1mm space between the camera back plate and the frame mounting kit. This space between the camera back plate and the mount will cause the camera to lose focus. This thing is designed to fill that space between the cameras backplate and the mount and stop the camera losing focus.
