I had a difficult time finding 20mm tubes at a price I wanted to pay for (Or anything really comparable 20mm in Diameter). So I printed them. Not a very complex design. These are the 'carbon fiber' tubes needed to complete the Martian Rover. I printed mine at .12mm layer height with 100% concentric infill using PETG. They seem sufficiently strong. I did the design at 20mm OD. With my setup they ended up a little loose in the parts. My plan is to just epoxy them in. You may want to print at a percent or so higher scaling for X and Y to make them a little tighter fit. I would suggest printing a small height sample and seeing if the fit is to your liking before doing the entire print.
