Keep in mind, i run DuetWifi, so if you run Marlin, you'll need to change start script for Linear advance/pressure advance to work. I believe Malin uses M900 where RRF uses M572. So adjust accordingly. I use original Bondtech's pancake stepper with voltage at 850 mA. Attempt to create a direct drive mountable printhead for creality 3d x carriage. I've got bondtech bmg, but any groove mountable extruder should work such as E3D's Titan extruder or similars. Everything works with or without chosen z-probes. So even if you do not own neither IR probe nor Precision Piezo Orion PCB, it functions the same. PINDA probe mount will be added if requested. I don't have it, so... Design started as a mod to Bondtech BMG + E3D V6 print head for Creality CR-10(S) by Greg191134 ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3080548 ), with added ir probe mount, integrated Orion piezo mount. After that i reduced volume furthermore by the examples of the January 2019's Bondtech+Prusa release (direct mod in within My things, but also multiple design iterations were studied and evaluated for integration..), Dyson inspired air intakes and outlets were carved. The design intentionaly leaves Bondtech BMG, E3D Titan or anyother direct extruder out and does not provide AIO solution. Motor displacer now became a proper cable collector and strain relief component. Partcooling is now more modular also. The 5015 fanmount is 100% Bondtech+Prusa solution designs that were published. No changes were made, so future solutions from that source should be compatible with MarX.
