I've had a go (very roughly!) in TinkerCad, to recreate the famous Mary Poppins Parrot Umbrella handle. It's a work in progress, I built in a latch system for the lower beak but haven't fully printed out myself yet in full size, to see how to then cable it. I've built puppets for years, so with a little playing about it should work fine.
