This is a Mascallas Mill as seen in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vn1rXxrJc4M&t=10s The video is not mine and it is shared here for reference. I posted a picture of the assembled trap over my trash can so just ignore the trash :-) Set it up just like in the video. You will need to print 3 of the CirLock.stl and one of each other part.
