Instructions: 1. Roll or pierce 1 ply of the very top of the paper towel and attach a twist tie 1.accordion fold the paper towel to a length shorter than the clips. 2. Pierce a small hole in the middle fold on each end (with a skewer or scissors or something) to push the middle clip pin through 3. Snap the folded towel between the clips 4. Wrap a rubber band around each anchor (see photos) 5. Punch a twist tie through the outer layer of the towel only to create a nose clip (or you can roll it up if you prefer) 6.wear You want 3 or 4 ply paper towel if you can find it, you can even sandwich bed sheet cotton or something more reusable (but make sure you wash it). There are two versions, a medium and large. The Large definitely works, but I've made a medium one which is a bit more snug but pushes the clips out and is potentially better. Will print this tomorrow but I think it'd be pretty safe to use the Medium one. If it works tomorrow I'll delete the large version.
