Attached find a new version of our original mason-jar filtration system. Unlike the original, a remixed mason jar lid is used to hold the in & out-flow tubes. Use two (2) "anchor plugs" to lock the 8 x 10mm plastic tubing onto the lid. In as much as we are having wonderful results simply using a cotton / cotton-poly face flannel 'asa' filter, once again we decided to include a way to disperse the out-flow around the same. If you have **no pet invertebrates** in your tank (shrimp, snails, etc), note that filtering thru natural (no soaps / chems!) copper scouring 'scrubbies also destroys algae, as well as possibly all of your invertebrates. So ***ONLY*** if your aquatic life is **copper tolerant**, then weave that optional bare-copper wire creatively around that basket, making sure to leave room for the outflow. ***NOTE:*** 3D printers can vary - use a hairdryer, if required, to lightly soften + secure tubing. Epoxy might help nail things down, if & as required, as well. If you would prefer to print allot longer so as to avoid the wiggle, then feel free to consider https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3586532 Tighter fits ensure better flows. Cheers!
