The original was too big for my printer, but at 75% it was too small for my hand. Sadly, neither the original or its original posted anything but STLs (why don't more people post reasonably-editable source?) and importing an STL this complex and cleaning it up takes HOURS and produces some incredibly bulky files. But RepG didn't complain when it sliced the results, so I think it should be printable, despite some artifacts of the process. Note, the .skp files still reflect the 75% scale-down. I forgot I'd scaled before importing, and it's easier to just scale-up the STLs in RepG, which I've done with the copies now here. Instructions Print flat on the print bed with supports turned on. (Note that, due to the difficulties of importing the STL, the file is so complex that some software, notably Repetier-Host, can't handle it. Sorry, nothing I can do unless Serin117 posts an editable original.) File and clean both halves, then stick them together with krazy-glue and bind the halves together while the glue dries (I used a giant rubber band and some duct tape). It's not going to look as good as a one-piece, but it will be to full scale and have a nice heft to it. Painting it would help a lot.
