Massage rollers for working out muscles and physical therapy. Can be used either with 608ZZ bearings, or with a 3/4" wooden dowel. The handles are made to fit on a 3/4" wooden dowel. There are two types of rollers, Ball and Pointed. Each roller rotates on it's own, and you can mix-and-match if you so choose as well. The Pointed rollers I fully admit are MEAN little devils, but good for working out REALLY stubborn muscles.
