Massive Monitor Mount + Tilt Function + Samsung Adapter

The alignment should not be changed. It's designed to be easily printable. The alignment should be the same of the same parts when mounted. I used 8 mm Aluminium rods and cut a Thread at the Ends. The fit of the rod should be as tight as its possible for hand mounting. If the Setup is to lose it tilts to much to the front and maybe the cables of the monitor are able to move it by them self. Now a little bit story... I though how strong could a 3D printed Assembly be? I searched for some monitor mounts here and all of them are, in my opinion, ugly and not strong enough. Then i started Fusion 360 an began. I like the double arm design very much but its expensive if i would by it. Another wish of mine was it should be very long (as long as its printable for the most printers. This is what i came up with and i learned a lot in Fusion 360. The whole thing cost not that much. I think around 400g PETG, 1m Aluminium Rod and a few M8 self locking nuts. I wouldn't recommend threaded rods. The force in the parts are very high an the thread could work into the material and weaken it. Maybe i design a tilt mechanism for the Monitor. EDIT 2019/07/18: Added a few parts to give a tilt function. You can decide if you need one or not. No need of reprinting any parts. Edit 2019/12/09: Added a Adapter for Samsung Monitors. Tilt it to 20° so you normally don't need the extra tilt function for this. Edit 2020/24/04: Changed the Samsung adapter a little bit for a better fit. As always if there are any questions, feel free to ask in German or English.
