This diffuser is designed for Mata Leon Amboss 8ball Aluminum Black but You may use it for different stems and hookahs too, as long as the thread is M18x1.5mm, the outer diameter of stem is 20mm and you can fit 29 mm wide thing into the jar. There are published two versions. V1.00 have 3.5mm holes and is a bit noisier. V1.01 have 2.5mm holes and it is a bit quieter. But both will splash the water in the jar and that is quite audiable. Still way different from the stem without it.
