Bevel better than Bixler, ok atleast just as good. That man should have been a surgen. Lets face it, sanding a bevel into foam is messy, and if your anything like me, no two hand cut bevels are alike. Even if they come out nice and clean. This nifty little tool will give you a machine like 45deg finish on your bevels every time. Left hand and Right hand versions available. Make sure you download and print the correct set. "Foamboard Bevel RH-A" and "Foamboard Bevel RH-B" for the right hand version, and "Foamboard Bevel LH-A" with "Foamboard Bevel LH-B" for those lefties out there. I know there are a few models out there that do the same thing, but I wanted to make my own version to fit my needs. This was a finiky model. Though the filliment I used is old, wich also added a few defects that didnt help (I need to order more). I ended up having to increase the gap between the atachment points several times before it was usable. If you print this and the parts feel excessively lose let me know and I will modify the model when I get some more fillament. Designed and tested with R.L. Adams foamboard (photos of black board to show the bevel cuts, white works just as well), and Stanley 11-921 all purpose razer blades. I normally like to make sure generic parts will fit, but in this case I am not certain if these blades are differnt in size than other blades. I can't imagine they would be, but the actual dimmensions were not the same as what I found online. If you use other blades please comment and let me know how they fit. Note: I model knowing the limitations of my 3D printer. Its old and has a few minor quirks. In general its accurate but holes especially tend to print out smaller than they are sized in the model. As such I model holes slightly larger to accommodate this. Test print any part and make sure any attached hardware like wire or skewers fit properly before bulk printing.
