MatterHackers CR10 Enclosure Cable Passthrough

MatterHackers CR10 Enclosure Cable Passthrough

This is a (intended) TPU wire passthrough for the MatterHackers CR10 enclosure. It allows wires to easily be passed through on either side of the enclosure (left side is obviously the most straightforward side without having to extend the wires). As you may see I have the cables routed to the LEFT side of the enclosure with the control box on the OUTSIDE of the enclosure. I rotated my control box to the left and have it sit on the side so that the USB cable is on the TOP. Under the control box I have placed 4 rubber feet to allow the fan to still suck air in. I personally do not utilize the control box for anything, I use MatterControl to initiate and control prints and manage a fleet of printers simultaneously. It is NOT required to turn your control box to the side. Print it in TPU to allow it to be flexible and easier to pass wires through. PLA most likely will work but I would suggest printing it thinner (shrink the Z) if you use PLA. Printed in 2mm layers with 10% infill with Ninjaflex (85A) TPU. Resolution/Layers: 2mm Infill: 10% Supports: NO
