MatterHackers CR10 Enclosure Internal Filament Holder

MatterHackers CR10 Enclosure Internal Filament Holder

This is an INTERNAL (goes inside the enclosure) filament spool holder specifically for the MatterHackers "CR10 Enclosure". I designed it to be strong and printed without supports (sans the "Filament Holder" component which I didn't design). I printed the "Filament Mount" in PETG with 45% infill. PLA might be ok depending on how hot you allow your enclosure to get to. I have a temperature controller that vents the enclosure if it exceeds 92f (it averages 89-90f). You may need to orientate this in the correct direction depending on which slicer/software you use. Flat side down (Obviously). I included the "Filament Mount Screw" but without a large washer plate it does not work properly. I ditched this component of the design and simply used 4x m3 screws with nuts to secure it to the enclosure. Unless you have long arms...the best way to mount this without driving you mad is to use some masking tape to hold each M3 screw in place then screw the nut on. The "Filament HOLDER" needs supports to be printed ( again, I didn't design this component). You will also need two (skateboard) bearings for this component, however, it technically will work without them. This will hold the standard sized (and wider) filament spools. Supports: NO on all parts except the "Filament HOLDER" and "FILAMENT ROLLER" Infill: 45%+
