RC Rock Crawlers.... If you have a Maverick Scout and like me you wanted to convert your Scout into an Axial SCX10 scale crawler - you're going to need one of these. The standard mid plate / chassis plate / motor mount / skid plate (whatever you wish to call it!) has the mounting holes for the axial gearbox which has narrower mounts inboard compared to outboard. The Scout's gearbox holes are square in pattern, so you cannot mount your Scout gearbox to the SCX10 frame properly. With this part - you can. You're going to need a 3mm drill bit - the gearbox mount holes will need boring through. You will also want to drill out the outer control arm holes slightly. The inner control arm holes, you can drill out the outer half on the bottom of the part and the first couple of milimeters of the receiving side of the hole - this will allow you to push the bolt through to tap the receiving side to take the thread. Requires approximately 5.8m of filament (you're going to want to print support structure too) and just under 3 hours to print at standard resolution. Strictly for personal and private use, not licenced for commercial use or reproduction or in connection with any business. Print Settings Printer: Turnigy Fabrikator Supports: Yes
