This is a remix of: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3546087 I made the phone blank square so that is more stable in the holder. I also shortened the upper bracket to that it would fit an iPad mini. Original summary below, with the modifications: This is a size-adjustable tablet holder/mount, designed to allow the use of a liPad mini tablet with a standard drone remote controller. This mount utilizes the stock mounting position for a standard sized smart phone. The assembled brackets attach to a dummy "blank" that is the size of a standard smart phone, which can be mounted to your drone remote just like any other smart phone would. Once mounted to the remote, the bracket extends up/away from the remote control, and accommodates a an iPad mini or similar (with or without a case). No additional hardware (nuts/bolts) are needed to assemble, the riser simply press-fits into a key'd slot within the phone "blank", and the tablet brackets, and riser, are held together using the included (printable) bolt and nut. The printable bolt has a unique bolt head, designed to snap firmly into the upper bracket without allowing it to spin, or fall out, eliminating the need to hold onto the bolt while hand tightening the nut. When hand tightened, the bolt/nut secure the tablet's adjustable arms, securing your tablet safely in place, as well as fixing the entire bracket to the riser, and to the phone blank and remote itself. I printed this using PET-G, which gives the unit strength, while allowing a slight amount of flexibility. PLA may work, however, I was concerned it may be too brittle to safely hold a heavy tablet onto the remote, as any flexing may cause PLA parts to snap/delaminate. Enjoy!
