I have a fascination with sharp-cornered geometric designs. Celtic knots thrill me. So it comes as no surprise that I adore mazes. The stark contrasting elements, the geometry... Can't get enough of 'em. So I made this to hold pencils on my desk. Each side is identical, though mirrored on two sides. The entrances and exits for the maze correspond to those on the adjacent sides. I designed a little chunk for that spot that requires a little minimal post-production removal with a craft knife. I printed mine all in one piece with no supports out of 3DSolutech's Blue PLA, with 30% infill at .3 layer height. Took around 11 hours. I then used a sponge brush to apply white acrylic to the surface of the mazes.
