This tool is used fit on the sprocket of a McLane reel mower so that the reel can be backlapped. Two different versions available. My preferred print is used with a 5/16 Carriage Bolt and Anti-spin washer from Home Depot. The other print can be used with a 21mm Socket. Carriage Bolt Version: I printed with Sainsmart TPU. Used a 5/16 x 2" carriage bolt, 5/16 anti-spin washer, a regular, and a nut. I used red locktite to lock the nut in place. Can also use a nylon lock nut. I then ground 3 flats onto the bolt so that it would stay in place on the chuck of the drill. Go in store to look for the 5/16 carriage bolt and anti-spin washer. They can be bought individually and the hardware costs less than $5. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-5-16-in-18-x-2-in-Zinc-Plated-Carriage-Bolt-800146/204633685 https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-5-16-in-Rust-Defender-Gray-Torque-Washer-812946/303676262 21mm Socket Version: Simply print the adapter and use with a 21mm Socket on the drill. I printed in PLA. https://youtu.be/CEKt_16skBc UPDATES: Current files include a greater depth for the socket to fit into and a chamfer to allow the socket to fit onto the sprocket easier.
