A simple mounting bracket for the Mean Well LRS-350-12 power supply that fits the Alunar / Infitary M-508 printer. This may also work on other models if the mounting holes in the frame align...the bottom holes are 85mm center-to-center and top hole is 126mm center-to-center to bottom hole. There are two files: the bracket itself, and a cover for the screw terminals. Disclaimer: I don't consider the screw terminal cover to be child-resistant or protection against potential shock. Remember, any exposed power supply presents an electrocution hazard, so you assume all risks. You'll need some hardware. To mount the power supply to the bracket (these need to be relatively short so they don't short out stuff inside the power supply): - (Qty 2) M4-6 screws for top - (Qty 2) M4-10 screws + M4 washer for bottom (if you use the cover) To mount the bracket to the printer: - (Qty 3) M3-12 screws - (Qty 3) M3 nuts To install: 1. Place the 3 M3 nuts into the cutouts. 2. Place power supply in the bracket on top of the nuts (power supply holds them in once you're done). 3. Use the M4 screws to attach the power supply to the bracket. If you use the cover, install the longer ones along with a washer in the holes near the screw terminals and keep them a little loose (cover will slide under them later). 4. Mount the assembly to your printer, use the 3 M3-12 screws from the inside, through the acrylic and into the M3 nuts on the bracket. 5. Attach wiring to screw terminals as usual. 6. Slide the cover under the screws and tighten them.
