Cover for MeanWell LRS-350-24, V1 just has a cutout for the AC cable/switch, V2 has a secondary switch for LEDs and a cutout for a power outlet to plug in the Raspberry Pi. Embossed version for reminder on AC outlet. Used an AC outlet for the Raspberry Pi since most cheap buck converters could only supply 2A safely, the Pi4 requires 2.5A for a minimum although 3A is optimal. V1 mounts to the frame from the backside, V2 mounts on the left side of the power supply. WARNING - IMPROPER WIRING CAN CAUSE A FIRE, ELECTROCUTION, OR DEATH - ALWAYS PROPERLY GROUND YOUR SYSTEM - EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN WORKING WITH AC LINE - ALWAYS UNPLUG SYSTEM FROM AC OUTLET BEFORE WORKING ON IT - USE PROPER WIRE GAUGE AND COLOR CODE - IF YOU ARE UNCOMFORTABLE WIRING AC, DON'T DO IT - 20W LIMIT ON AC OUTLET, ONLY PLUG IN A RASPBERRY PI - USE PROPER INSULATION ON WIRES - SWITCHES SHOULD CUT OFF THE LIVE WIRE What I used and designed around - various spade and quick connect terminals for connecting wires - AC Plug - AC Outlet recommend the pre-wired version, the unwired version is a pain. I had to solder mine since I didn't have a connector that fit and hardware store didn't sell connectors small enough. Recommend putting additional 1/4 inch heat shrink tubing to cover the exposed metal on the pre-wired version. - LED Switch You are responsible for your safety, not me, learn to properly wire AC before attempting to use any of these files. 20W limit on the AC line because I tested it with a 20W phone charger and nothing became warm, the official Pi charger is 15W.
