Meanwell PSU mod template
thingiverse
My take on creating a modified Meanwell PSU case. https://www.thingiverse.com/make:483515. This template is designed to be customized for your own unique PSU case design. Feel free to modify it as needed. Note that the clamp and post are not shown in this design. To get started, create the individual parts first. You can use tools like Tinkercad, NetFabb, Cura, or Meshmixer to separate the parts from the single big file. Download the template here: https://www.thingiverse.com/download:4071942. When creating the cover part, follow these steps: First, unite the hole with the cover part. Next, add the two small supports for the screw holes. Unfortunately, the original design has a flaw where parts collide with each other. This issue arises because all the pieces were combined into one big part, resulting in an excessive amount of filament needed to print out the entire design. This template was created using Tinkercad. You can edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/0tt0rozcHMw.
