This is an enclosure for a Meanwell RS-15-5, which can be mounted on a standard 40x40 aluminum v-slot extrusion rail. The three openings are for single USB type A. The holes for fasteners are wide and deep enough to fit 3mm hex socket head cap screws. The openings for fasteners which hold the cover to the base need to be taped with an M3 tap before screwing the fasteners. These fasteners should be about 10-15 mm long Be sure to use short fasteners for the power supply in order not damage the isolating material between the metal case of the power supply and the PCB (it is some kind of waxed paper). https://www.meanwell.com/Upload/PDF/RS-15/RS-15-SPEC.PDF The datasheet of the psu specifies 3mm long M3 screws on the bottom and 4mm long M3 screws on the side. You don' need to use all four openings to fasten the power supply to the base but if you want you can. The opening for the mains power is big enough for 3x0.75 (or 3x18AWG for all across the Atlantic Ocean) H03VV-F cable (or any three wired stranded sheathed cable) I used it to power the Raspberry Pi of my ender 3 and conneted it to the C14 plug of the 24V PSU of the printer, thus with one AC power cable to the printer I power everything on it. Hope it is useful.
