I added a new AC side cover from scratch borrowing the design cues from the original I remixed, the DC cover is the original from the source I remixed. This cover moves the power/switch from the side to the front of the cover. It also makes the face much thicker. This is specifically designed to fit the 3Dman 15A 250V Rocker Switch Power Socket Inlet Module Plug 5A Fuse Switch with 18 AWG Wiring 3 Pin IEC320 C14. Which is the same size as the one that comes with the Ender 3 Max Mean Well 350 power supply. Note this is a larger center hole than the original design. The holes are counter shrunk to allow for fully flush mounting on the AC side, I didn't rework the DC side to do so. To attach the Power Socket Inlet Module the holes are 2.5mm which allows the use of M3 screws. The face where the socket inlet module mounts is 15mm thick so you can either tap it for a machine screw or use coarse screws. The fan grill is 5mm thick for the AC side. One note on the screws to attach the housing to the power supply, the ones on the fan side need to be very short not to interfere with the fan. Also note that your wires from the socket to the power supply should be fully insulated at the terminals to prevent any possible shorts. Air flow seems sufficient for the load I put it under, if you are running one at 100% duty cycle then it may be too restrictive. I may rework the DC side later to increase the thickness of the face and counter sink the holes, still debating on how I want to mount it so marking it as a work in progress as I may add feet or provisions for mounting.
