Dingo_aus did a great job of transforming the MeArm 4.0 into a printable version. However, I found that the files are not quiet friendly for my Printer. So I modify them for better result. Thing I did include : Introduce a round BasePanel (BasePanel_MG90_Round.STL) -- Designed for TowerPro MG90 servo, may works for others -- Significantly decrease the gap between the rotation part Introduce a Wedged Bucket part (ServoBucket_Wedged.stl) -- For more tolerance on first layer height Introduce a Wedged Claw Servo Bucket part (mearm_part8_Changed_v2.STL) -- For more tolerance on first layer height Lay-down the original parts to print at a 20cm x 20 cm bed. The Part 7 of Dingo_aus's integrated model are not included because 20cm x 20 cm print bed can print the motherboard (Part 26) in one piece. Updated at 1-July-2016: Get a drop-in improvement by using the Version 1.0 Claw unit:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1654289 Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm layer height Infill: 20% Notes: The Wedged side face downward, by doing so, you have a better tolerance on initial layer height.
