**WHAT IS THIS THING??? This is the V3 and V9 of the "Meat Puncher!" Soy meat tenderizer tool! that can be repurposed with a mount to use in your slicer for other punchy things that attach to the meat puncher giving it more utility and will definitely liven up your kitchen experience! Now with Smush in Mount that allows you to skip trying to edit in Fusion 360 and make broken STL files solid so you can subtract a mount for your tooling.. NO MORE! Now simply load the STL into your slicer and drag the smush in mount into your tool Slice and they wil be joined like things always are when they get too close on your build plate in the slicer. Please use Version 8 with the mount V2 STL For slicer smush in mount Please use V3 for no text. This is the alpha working draft it does not have features added past V3. Enjoy making soy burgers! This device takes advantage of the utility of the human punch.. with intent to produce food. Sure this can be repurposed for gardening or car repair or even electronic parts recycling operations.. adult purposes, Fishing Trips. practically every place thing you can imagine has a job where a punchy tool like this would be beneficial! I have added lots of utility to this device You can mount many things into this for cooking and tenderizing all sorts of meat. It even has a mount for modular parts and attachments like blades for cutting sushi or mounting a dinosaur head to smash some Carrots up for a salad. Note: The Meat Puncher alone can be mounted with blades or anything you like on it's own without the optional mount. But if you want to 3d print something that fits into the Meat Puncher the smush mount is the answer! 7/22/2020 Changelog. Smush in mount upgraded to have more space inside.. better for grinding or crushing herbs and lettuces. V9 Meat puncher words "For soy Burgers only" moved to the top because they kept failing to print clearly underneath. I may have rounded up some parts on the smush in mount.. Printing now! Smush in mount worked great with Dino Head Carrots destroyed! 7/8/20 Changelog I have updated the files so that the meat puncher and smush mount are separate. Enjoy! V8 Bug fix Well there was a goof up in the mount so don't use v7 Smush mount. use v8 smush mount. I made the words MEAT puncher larger and the emboss is at 1.75mm not 2mm to keep smushed debris out of lettering better. Maybe use a raft because if it's at 100% infill it can have one corner that is wonky sometimes if the build plate isn't tuned in perfect. even with bl touch and abl enabled and tuned on glass.. it's just a thick hot part.. so go easy keep the build area warm. 7/7/2020 Ah crap Changelog was copy pasto from static so editing now from accidental delete may be cluttered sorry. 7/7/2020 Whoops deleted Change log on accident. Attempting to recreate!!! UTILITY ADDED! Smush in mount! V1 for V7 meat puncher! I'm going to match all other versions of Smush in mount to the version of the meat puncher so this is actually V7 for smush in mount! V 7 has a enhanced mashing grid. The words "Meat Puncher!" are not embossed and not protruding. Now under the grip is the version number. V6 does not have better mashing grid and the protruding words were scratching my leg in my pocket. V3 is the working ALPHA it doesn't have the enhanced mashing grid. (PRINTED FUNCTIONAL) **CHANGE LOG 7/4/2020 to 7/7/2020 Version 7 V7 UTILITY ADDED now a rige runs down the center like my old wooden one to aid in more soybean meat mushing power! Also Version number added in grip mount, Lettering moved around a bit.. Protruding lettering "Meat Puncher! was scratchy in my pocket felt weird in my palm. so those letters were embossed V6 Utility added! Upgraded modular mount hole size to a 4mm larger size hole to accommodate thicker ice picks or securement bolts to hold razor blades and other utilitarian implements for this tool. Text "Soy meat tenderizer thingy" was also upgraded on palm support to be a bit larger and at a better wonky angle to show zaniness. Use V3 if you don't want lettering or Modular mount. V5 added protruding "MEAT PUNCHER!" text and made sure if there are any ruthless thing destroying "Shop Teachers" out there.. (please read about my high school shop teacher below in the "WHY I MADE THIS" section below, if you want to know what that means) so..they (shop teachers) know this is for soy burger production only by embossing that right into the handle.. to avoid any confusion! (If you don't think that any ruthless shop teachers will bother you use V3 because it should stay cleaner although the lettering is not in any areas the food will be processed so it probably doesn't matter if you print a later version with text. If you plan on using it in a professional kitchen environment like myself please print in a professional food grade material if you plan on dish washing this it might not workout if you plan on cleaning it in a dish washer if you print it in PLA.So hand washing is suggested. V4 fixed some not small design preference issues that didn't effect the print.. (didn't upload this V3 works fine. I printed 2) V3 notes: now with optional modular mount for blades or other tooling for the tenderizer head. **WHY I MADE THIS! I made these out of wood when I was in shop class in high school for my loving vegan mom to tenderize her soy burgers! Since they're so intimidating I had to tell the shop class teacher they were the letters HE for a sign.. he stubbornly didn't destroy my thing like he did to all the other kids in our class... so ruthless and mean kinda.. I'm so glad glad he didn't trash my thingy I made in wood then, so I can now bring it to life again almost 30 years later.. enjoy having fun making the most American soy burgers ever!! with MEAT PUNCHER! If I could find him today I'd make him some amazing soy burgers EVER! **PRINT SETTINGS Supports NO and don't use them or the text will not work out and its hard to remove from the mounting hole. RAFTS maybe.. if it flexes up because it's lots of hot hot plastic if you print at 100% it's super hard and keeps heat so I'm still experimenting with this.. Material any non flexible or whatever.. I guess flexible would be neat also for kids to learn the joy of meat puncher! But I do suggest making your children this in a harder plastic so they can also help out in the kitchen. Teach them while they're young! Making soy burgers can be fun. These can also be used for other types of MEAT products but we won't go into that here because it'snot about the meat it's about expanding the utility of punching for humans. Rez 0.16-0.2 should work... infill I'd do 100% for a good wear.. my wood one lasted me 30 years.. so more infill helps this tool stay functional. for V5 Position on build plate with words "Meat Puncher!" facing upward. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.16 or 0.2 Infill: 100%
