These are spacers (couplers) for the DRRobot mecanum wheels (https://www.dfrobot.com/product-2042.html). These can be used to add more space between a car/robot chassis and the wheel motors. This contains three different spacers, the only difference is the hole at the top to match whatever screws you need (M2, M3 or M4).
