Meccano is a collection of educational toys designed for kids to build and model various objects. The foundation of these kits lies in plates with holes that can be connected using bolts and nuts provided within the set. In addition, many other components are included: wheels, studs, gears, pulleys, as well as electric motors. With Meccano, you can assemble models of cars, planes, ships, buildings, and even functioning robots. Meccano was first introduced in 1901 by Frank Hornby.
