Print, snap and go have fun. Instructions: Print Wheel file twice Print so main shell is solid, 3 walls should do it. Use brim to print shellFront.stl since the contact area is very small. You may have to drop the model 0.3mm or so (remove its embedded support after print) The model clearance between parts for tight fit is 0.30, for moving parts is 0.50mm Prior assembly test back and front shell fitting; Mouth fitting; Test piston into Mouth; Piston should slide into shaft tightly around the corner. (Pic. 1 to 3) Insert wheel assembly into shell, piston and shaft should be "hanging down". Lock the wheels with your fingers as you fit the mouth piece, You may have to force the mouth piece to "open" to make sure piston goes all the way in. (Pic. 4 to 6) Screw the back of the shell and your done. In case you have to take it apart use a knife and pry out the bottom of the mouth piece. (Pic. 7-9) slight sand any parts if necessary. (not shown on video) I really did not have to sand anything but i did fit everything beforehand
