Mechanical Numpad

Mechanical Numpad

I was looking for a simple mechanical numpad to be used in office. After scrolling through different sites I came across a customizable mechanical numpad on AliExpress. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32916152785.html This numpad allows for full customization of types of switches, programming of switches, colors of materials, and colors of RGBs. Once the numpad arrived I had noticed that the supplied inclining feet allowed the numpad to slide around a bit and you could see up under the keycaps. In order to elevate the numpad at an incline and cover the gaps on the sides I designed a simple slide in case for the numpad. There are currently two versions right now, the one pictured is the original case with no holes for the under glow RGBs to shine through. I have designed a second with holes to hopefully allow some light underneath. I plan to print and post photos soon but feel free to post some makes. Keycaps aren't included in the AliExpress numpad kit but a 21-keycap pack can be found on Amazon or AliExpress, just make sure the keycaps correspond with the selected switches of the numpad. I printed the Numpad with the bottom flat on the build plate and had no issues.
