This is a marble sculpture by Paul Gasq displayed at the Jardin des Tuileries. Gasq was a student at the Dijon School of Fine Arts and the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris, where he took the Prix de Rome in 1890. He also won a Grand Prix at the Exposition Universelle (1900).   This object is part of "Scan The World".
