This is a waist band/belt clip holder for the Medela Freestyle Breast pump. This pump comes with a lanyard which my wife found annoying and she wanted something to just clip it to her pants so she didn't have to hold it when walking around. Most pjs don't have pockets so she found it really useful. The fit is snug as is, the rubberized plastic on the pump makes it stay in the holder so you can just store the pump with the holder as one piece. Updated: New version has access to the power button so you don't have to remove the pump to turn it on.
