Media Control Dial / Knob

So I originally just wanted to test out how Rotary Encoders work on the Arduino and then I got the idea to create some sort of bootleg Surface Dial. All you need for it is: - Some soldering knowlege - An Arduino that fits into the base (Micro, ProMicro and Nano all work, although Nano and sent Keyboard commands and is a little harder to setup) - I used a cheap China "Elegoo Nano one for 4 bucks" - A rotary encoder (6mm rotary diameter) - Either some wire to solder the rotary encoder or female to male/female jumper cable
