Game/VR/AR ready low-poly model of a medieval dagger with 4K PBR-textures built to real-world scale (metric system).
The dagger, in various shapes and forms, was a very common weapon during the middle ages. It was used for personal defense since it was in most cases both legal and socially acceptable to carry. In war the dagger served as a backup to the main weapon for all types of solders. In addition it also served as a specialised weapon against armoured opponents where the narrow blade could be used to target less protected areas.
The model was created using Blender and Substance Painter. The model is UV-mapped and has a single material.
The zip-file “Medieval dagger.zip” contains all the textures as png-files (8 bits), as well as the model in the following file formats:
Autodesk FBX 3.9.1 (.fbx)
OBJ 2.3.6 (.obj & .mtl)
Collada 1.4.1 (.dae)
Blender v2.79 (.blend)
The zip-file also includes fbx-versions of the model and textures specially made for use with Unreal Engine 4 and Unity 5.
