A medieval game/VR-ready sword with 2 textures - cleaned and bloodstained, is available. However, this is just one sword with different texture sets; if you want four swords, they're also listed in my profile. The textures (PBR) are exported at both 4K and 512px in PNG format. They include: base color, normal, AO, height, roughness, occlusion/roughness/metallic. The sword has 784 polys and features clean topology, quads, and production readiness.
