This is a Mutant Expanded Version of the Milenium Falcon that I Created on Thingiverse using my modified Meccano Parts. I show created models of a Double Falcon , Multi Control Hubs Falcon , Fighter Falcon , etc. -> Initial Eight Photos here of the Dual Face and Multi Control Nodes - Modified Falcon. This constructs to about 12-inches by 18-inches when complete. -> Ninth and after Images of the Falcon in the StarDock under Construction ... *> Will be adding Photos of the Falcon Fighter and Falcon Researcher soon ! Good luck with your Creativity building your own version ! Have Fun ! Consoles, Equipment, Seating, and Personnel will be added soon ... Obviously, erector parts (including #6 Screws or 3mmx10mm bolts and nuts) are needed to build Models with these printed parts. Parts : Station Pod Nodes , Walls , Node End Walls , Plates , etc . May want to refer to : -> Meccano Base Parts Plates Struts Angles -> Millenium Falcon Star Wars Meccano Expansion for more Parts. • Currently UNDER CONSTRUCTION * Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Mendel Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2mm - 0.8mm Nozzle Tips Notes: I printed these on a Mendel RepRap with 1.75mm fibre. I used a 0.8mm Nozzle Tip with 0.5mm Layer Height setting. Can use any tip from 0.2mm to 08mm should print fine. It took between 3-10 minutes per part to print. - Walls and Caps need to be Rotated 90-degrees to be Flat on the Table to print properly. - Rafts are suggested for Large Nodes. - Parts may be a little thin and fragile - so be careful when removing. Post-Printing Some Parts may have burrs -and need filing to finish. If the bolts seem loose, gluegun may help. How I Designed This Used TinkerCad.
