I couldn´t find the sd card reader from the parts list, so I used the Adafruit one instead. I soldered it under the screen. Because of that and because I don´t like 3d printing cases that take 10 hours to print, I made a hybrid case that uses 3d printed and laser cut parts. I left a hole for the sd card reader on the back. The holes for the screws are 3mm on the laser cut, and 2.9mm on the 3d printed parts, so there is no need for nuts, you screw directly to the part called "BoxCorner.stl". You will need 8 M3 screws. The MDF was 3mm, but I think 2mm would also work fine.
