Meilan M3 GPS Case

This is work in progress... This is the 1st release of a case I created to mount on my RC cars and trucks to hold the Meilan M3 S GPS Speedometer. It includes the following parts Case.stl (for the GPS) Secure Cap.stl (added security fits over end if desired) Flat Mount.stl (for mounting on flat surfaces) Typhon Vshape.stl (fits the contour of the Typhon 6S windshield and the very top) In that the current design holds the gps secure and placing it into the case is easy removing it has a small drawback but after tinkering around I found that if you hold the case in both hands, use your left hand thumb to press it out and also using the right hand pull the front out and away gently and it will pop right out. I am still working on this since I want it to easily slide in and out without the fuss but remain secure while driving. PLEASE note that even though it holds the GPS fine as it is there is a possibility of it being ejected if during the course of a head on at high speeds :) Otherwise is should be fine during speed runs as long as you do not smack something Very Hard. I plan on using velcro or dual loc to mount this. As per the the Flat Mount and the Vshape mount I will be using 3m double sided tape to secure to vehicle. Note: 1-28-21 Added another option specifically for the Typhon 6S v5. TyphonGPSRearMount.stl will mount to the cross bars on the rear Wing mount. Some light filing may be required to fit. Testing under way. I shortened it 14mm after picture was taken so as not to stick out too far. Fitment based on all stock parts.
