Wife found a M&D cash register with no coins, so I quickly mocked up some to print. Each coin is a single model that I split in two in the slicer so the faces would print on top. Can be done single color or with a color swap. My example prints were done with .8mm nozzle for speed, but I would probably recommend a smaller nozzle. Disks in openSCAD and images/rings added in TinkerCAD.
