Melzi PCB for Creality is with 2x 40mm fans pointing directly to stepper drivers. If you cannot print whole in one piece, change in slicing software so it stops prints at the beginning of fan mount, print also 2x fan mounts and use 2x m3 square nuts and m3x10 hexagon nuts to attach them. The fans should be attached to their mount by m3x10 screws( depending on the fan height) without nuts ( the screw goes directly in the plastic part.
