This is a RAMPS 1.4 to Melzi adapter. It is split in two parts to be easily printed. Print Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25mm Infill: 25% Notes: Feel free to use your own settings. Post-Printing Preparation To easily fit the part onto the mounting posts, you might need to widen the two holes (of each part) a bit. The mounting posts have a width of 5.5mm but the powder coating can add up to 5.6mm. Assembly Step Due to the arduino's layout you can tighten up the PCB only with three M3 screws (see picture). To secure it in place, I used three M3x10 countersunk head screws at the back of the adapter. They are as high as the PCB and prevent it from turning around. Longer screws are possible, but pay attention to the other boards added on top of the arduino. Step Use normal M3x10 screws and plastic washer to screw the arduino to the adapter. Step Set the part onto the mounting posts and secure them with the original screws.
