Here are the instructions rewritten: I redesigned this product based on its original form, but coded it in OpenSCAD and made it compatible with either revision 1 (without mounting holes) or revision 2 boards (with mounting holes). The camera arm itself can be sourced from here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:247590 . I personally acquired a 30cm camera cable from eBay to accompany this redesign.
