MendelMax 1.5+ Y-ais Internal Idler Tensioner

Inspired by Prusa i3 idler. This is a match for my internal motor mount (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:186076) and belt mount (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:41571). All together they make a completely internal Y-axis. See instructions for assembly and hardware required. Once assembled you can tighten the belt just by turning the adjustment screw clockwise, up to ~15 mm of adjustment possible. Note: I have a sized up machine with a sized up bed, this works fine for me and does not limit bed motion. Please double check before installing on your machine. Ignore the messy wiring in all my pictures, I'm in the process of a major printer re-work. Update: Added Sketchup source file Instructions Hardware required: 1x M5 30mm + Nut 1x M4 25mm + Nut and Washer 1x M8 25mm + Nut 1x 608zz bearing 2x M5 10mm for mounting to frame Place the M4 and M5 nuts in appropriate nut traps (M5 mates with long groove and M4 is the adjusting screw). Place in the bearing and secure with M8 screw. Connect the two pieces together with the M5 screw, it should fit snuggly in the long groove but not be too tight to move. Put the M4 adjusting screw through both pieces, the starting position should be with the block as far out as possible. Mount onto frame of printer and tighten belt by hand, one belt is secure additional tightening is available by turning the M4 screw clockwise.
