Mercedes SL R129 Windscreen Wiper Linkage Bushing

This is a 3d printed replacement windscreen wiper bushing for a Mercedes SL R129. It's designed to replace the plastic bushing which connects the wiper arm to the motor via a 16mm diameter ball joint. I printed the part using PETG with 100% infill. To install I first fitted the bushing around ball joint gluing it together with superglue. Next I installed the bushing into the wiper arm and fitted the cap, again gluing it in place with superglue. All parts were sanded down especially on the faces where glued to ensure a good fit. Probably worth adding some lubrication (grease) to the ball joint to make sure it moves freely.
