Mercs Recon Simplified Player Dashboard

This is a work in progress. The simple idea behind this is to minimize the amount of table space Merc Recon takes up. The current dashboards take up a lot of space in storage and on the table so i figured i could come up with a modular design that tackles both complaints in one go. I will update as i make the tiles for each of the Merc factions as well as a Sniper Board.
