Allows you to use glue to easily and securely bond the halves together (or just have a generally longer and sturdier friction fit).</p><p>The ratchet prints on top of the cap, so you should make sure that it is loose and able to move for the ratchet mechanism to function.</p><p>Requires main body and axle from original design. </p>
