Had a bracket on our kitchen cabinet drawer break, causing the drawer to fall. Looked for a replacement part online, and found out that the part has been discontinued for quite a few years. Took some rough quick measurements, printed the new part, and reassembled. Now our drawer works again! 2017-03-18 Update: Almost a year after the first print, that, too, broke last night. :-( I've revamped the design to make it thicker and stronger, printed on PETG instead of PLA, and printed the part entirely as walls to further increase strength. Since I was redesigning anyway, I took much more careful measurements of the original which are now in the updated piece, and added a mirror copy for the left side as well in case you need it. Besides the file names, the parts are labeled on them "L" and "R" to help you not to get confused. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1 - 0.3 mm Infill: 100% Notes: Increase your number of walls on all sides so that the entire print comes off as walls. That will help increase the strength. Newest part printed in PETG, although I imagine nylon or carbon fiber filaments would make it even stronger.
