Modified from Double_Alfa's excellent heatset stand model. Scaled down to fit Apple Watch charger, added a cut-out panel for routing USB end of charger. Works best if you allow the round charger part to sit a bit proud on top of the cutout. I printed the model in a bone/sand color, added some color highlights with an acrylic wash and did a quick gold overspray to add some texture pop.
